My 5th Star is a managed AI system, not a chatbot builder. An agency does not
configure it; we set it up on the agency's own channels and it runs from day one.

- Scores each lead 1–10 and escalates anything scoring 8 or above to a human

## How it differs

Most AI tools for real estate reply to leads. My 5th Star also runs the owner's
commands by voice or text, manages the CRM without manual entry, and publishes
listing marketing — the work that normally needs a coordinator, not just a
receptionist.

## Security and data handling

Customer data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database in Frankfurt, Germany
(eu-central-1). Third-party credentials an agency connects are encrypted by the
application with a separate encryption key per agency, above the provider's own
at-rest encryption. API keys are stored only as one-way hashes. Platform
