For developers selling multi-unit projects

Hundreds of units. Every buyer question answered the moment it's asked.

Built for a launch, not a single listing.

My 5th Star is built to answer buyer questions about a development with dozens or hundreds of units, not just one listing. A buyer asks whether a specific unit is still available, or what the payment plan looks like on a two-bedroom, and gets a real answer drawn from that unit's actual status — not a brochure line repeated from memory.

Behind the answer sits real inventory: every unit's floor, size, price and status, tracked so nobody on the sales team promises the same apartment to two different buyers.

What a launch actually looks like

Hundreds of questions arrive within days of a launch — "is unit 1204 still available", "what's the payment plan on a high floor", "can I reserve today" — across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and phone calls, often within the same hour. With a spreadsheet and a sales team working from memory, the real risk isn't a slow reply — it's two buyers being told the same unit is available.

Every unit, tracked individually

Floor, unit number, type, size, price, and status — Available, Reserved or Sold — held for every unit in the building and updated the moment something changes. A full price list can be pasted in from a spreadsheet, or hundreds of units generated in one step from a floor count and units per floor. Where several units share one layout, that floor plan is loaded once and applies to all of them, instead of the same drawing uploaded fifty times.

Payment plans, tracked per unit

Each unit carries its own staged schedule — down payment, construction stages, handover, post-handover — with due dates and a status: due, paid, or overdue. For UAE-based developments specifically, common staged structures come built in, along with the standard transfer and registration fee estimates buyers ask about, and none of it is quoted as a real number until that unit's plan is fully configured. Per-unit tracking itself isn't limited to any one market; the built-in templates and fee estimates are.

From enquiry to signed contract, on the same record

When a buyer commits, the unit is tied to them directly — deposit amount, the date it was paid, the date the contract was signed, the expected completion date, and a status: Holding, Contracted, Completed or Cancelled. Nobody has to ask whether a unit actually closed; the unit's own record says so, and it's the same record checked before anyone is told that unit is available.

The whole building's sales, in one view

Unit counts and value by status, a breakdown by unit type, and payments collected versus outstanding versus overdue — without building it by hand in a spreadsheet before a stakeholder meeting.

Wherever a buyer asks, the answer is right

Enquiries arrive on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Telegram — not on a web form. My 5th Star answers on all of them from the same live inventory, so a buyer gets the same true status whether they messaged at 2pm or 2am, from a comment or a call. A buyer who comments on a listing and follows up by WhatsApp two days later is still one conversation — same unit, same context.

Reach every interested buyer at once

A price change or a new phase release goes out as one personalised WhatsApp message to everyone active in your pipeline. Today that list narrows by pipeline stage or by area — not yet by which specific project or unit type someone asked about, so plan a send with that in mind if you're running more than one project.

Which project is actually generating interest

If you're running more than one project, listings are ranked by real enquiries and genuine views, not just page hits — so it's clear which one is pulling serious buyer attention rather than traffic.

Your sales team, each seeing their own leads

A mobile app for whoever is actually answering buyers day to day. A sales rep opens their own leads and their own viewings — nobody sees a colleague's buyers by accident. Management sees every rep's leads and every unit's status, in one view.

The honest limit

It doesn't set your prices or design your payment plan — those decisions stay yours. What it does is make sure every buyer gets the same accurate answer, drawn from the same real inventory, at any hour, on whichever channel they happened to use.

What it costs

Flat €490 to start and €490 a month, everything included, no contract, no per-seat pricing as the sales team grows. Set up for you, live in about seven days.

Questions

Can it actually tell one buyer that a specific unit is already sold?

Yes — every unit carries its own real status, and that status is what the assistant checks before answering, not a general sense of what's left.

Do I need to set this up myself?

No. It's set up for you, including loading your unit list and floor plans, and is live in about seven days.

Is the payment-plan math specific to the UAE?

The built-in staged templates and the transfer/registration fee estimates are, yes. Per-unit installment tracking itself — due dates, paid/overdue status, cheque tracking — works regardless of market.

Can I message everyone interested in one specific project?

Today, broadcasts filter by pipeline stage or by area, not yet by which project or unit type someone asked about. Worth planning around if you're running several projects side by side.

What happens when a buyer asks something it genuinely can't answer?

It hands the conversation to a human rather than guessing — a legal question, a real negotiation, anything outside what the unit's own record can answer.

See it answer a lead

Message it the way one of your buyers would, and watch what comes back — no form to fill in first. Or start your own 14-day trial and have it answering your real leads today.
