My 5th Star is a narrower thing done end to end: an assistant that answers every enquiry across messaging channels, qualifies it, books the viewing, updates the CRM and markets your listings, and that you command by voice.
Lofty is the better fit if you want lead generation and a website in the same subscription. Ours is the better fit if you already get enquiries and are losing them to slow replies.

When to choose Lofty
If you want the website, the IDX search, the paid lead generation and the CRM from one vendor with one bill, and you have somebody who will configure and run it. That breadth is real and we do not attempt it. Their homeowner and seller-intent tooling is also genuinely useful if farming your database for listings is your growth plan.
When to choose My 5th Star
If your enquiries already arrive — from portals, from Instagram, from WhatsApp, from your existing site — and the losses happen in the first hour after they land. Flat price, no contract, set up for you, and commanded by voice note rather than configured.

No. Lofty includes an IDX website and paid lead generation; we work with the enquiries you already receive, on the channels they arrive on.
Which is better for a small agency?
If you need leads generated, Lofty covers more. If you get leads and lose them to slow replies, that is the specific problem we solve, at a flat price with no contract.
Can I command Lofty by voice?
Its AI assistant drafts messages, summarises calls and ranks leads. Running the CRM by spoken command is not part of the advertised feature set, as published August 2026.
