The CRM you run by talking to it
Send a voice note. The work gets done, and you get a receipt saying what changed.
A voice-controlled CRM is a CRM you operate by speaking or writing in plain language instead of clicking through screens. You say "move the Marina Loft buyer to viewing booked" or "who has gone quiet this week", and the system carries it out and reports back. The point is not dictation — it is that the sentence is the command.
My 5th Star works this way on WhatsApp and Telegram: an agency owner sends a voice note or a message, and the assistant does the work in the CRM, then confirms exactly what it changed.
What you can actually say
These are ordinary instructions, not a syntax to learn. The assistant works out what is being asked and, when something is ambiguous, asks one short question rather than guessing.
Why voice, and why it matters in this job specifically
An estate agent is rarely at a desk. They are driving between viewings, standing in an empty flat, or walking back to the car with a buyer still talking. That is exactly when the CRM update is worth the most and exactly when nobody is going to open a laptop and click through four screens to log it. The update that never gets typed is the follow-up that never happens.
Typing is not the enemy — the interface is. A CRM that requires you to know where a thing lives is a CRM that gets updated on Friday afternoon, from memory, badly.
Voice notes, not just voice commands
Speaking to a system is different from dictating into it. A dictation feature turns your words into text in a box you still have to file. A voice-controlled CRM takes the same words as an instruction: it decides which record you mean, makes the change, and tells you it did.
What it will not do, on purpose
An honest limit is worth more than a broad claim, so here are ours.
- It confirms before anything destructive. Deleting records is not something a misheard sentence should be able to cause.
- It never invents an appointment. If it cannot see a booking, it says so rather than producing a confident date that does not exist.
- It answers from your own data — your listings, your leads, your calendar — not from the open internet.
- It reports what it did in plain language, so a wrong instruction is visible immediately rather than at month end.
What it costs
€490 to set it up and €490 a month, everything included, no contract. There is no per-user seat price, because the assistant is not a seat.
Questions
What is a voice-controlled CRM?
A CRM you operate by speaking or writing in plain language rather than clicking through menus. You say what you want — update this lead, book that viewing, post this listing — and the system does it and confirms what changed.
Do I have to use an app?
No. The commands go through WhatsApp or Telegram, which you already have. There is a full dashboard as well if you want to look at everything at once.
What languages does it understand?
It detects and replies in English, French, Arabic and Dutch, both from you and from your leads.
Does it work if I type instead of speak?
Yes. Voice notes and text are the same thing to it — use whichever suits where you are standing.
Is my data used to train an AI model?
No. Your leads and conversations are your agency's own data, stored in Frankfurt, Germany, and are not used to train anything.
See it answer a lead
Message it the way one of your buyers would, and watch what comes back. No form, no trial to cancel.
