When the leak is first response, not organisation. If enquiries arrive on messaging apps outside office hours, if nobody is going to update the CRM after a viewing, and if you would rather say "post this listing and tell me who went quiet" than click through screens, that is what this does. Flat fee, so it does not get more expensive as the team grows.
Can you use both?
Yes, and some agencies will want to: let the assistant own first response and qualification on messaging channels, and keep your existing pipeline for the human work. Ask us and we will be honest about whether that is worth the plumbing for your setup.

Which is cheaper?
