A CRM that lives on WhatsApp

Where the enquiries already are, answered without anybody being awake.

A WhatsApp CRM is a CRM whose front door is WhatsApp: a buyer messages the agency's number and the system answers, qualifies them, books a viewing and records all of it — without an agent touching the phone. In most markets outside the US, WhatsApp is where property enquiries actually arrive, and it is where they are most often left unanswered until morning.

My 5th Star runs both directions on the number. Outward, it answers leads. Inward, the owner sends it a voice note or a message from their own WhatsApp and it does the work — "book Yassine for Friday at 6", "who has gone quiet this week" — and reports back what changed.

What actually happens when a buyer messages

The assistant replies in the language the buyer wrote in, asks the questions that matter — budget, timeline, area, whether they have financing — and books a viewing straight into the calendar if the conversation gets that far. The lead is created, the conversation is stored, and the diary entry exists before anyone at the agency has read a word.

A conversation it cannot answer honestly — an angry client, a legal question, a price negotiation — is handed to a human instead of guessed at.

The part most pages will not tell you

A lead who simply sends "is this still available" gives the system almost nothing to judge, so it does not arrive with a score. Scoring on WhatsApp builds as the conversation gives it something to score. Enquiries that arrive with a form attached — the website, a landing page, a portal email, a Facebook lead ad — are scored on the way in, and a hot one raises an alert immediately. Any product that promises you an instant score from a two-word WhatsApp message is describing something else.

Commanding it from your own WhatsApp

The same number the buyers use is the one the owner talks to, and the assistant knows the difference. Send a voice note between viewings and the work happens: move a lead, post a listing, draft a contract, ask what came in today. The full list is on the commands page.

What it does not do

It does not scrape WhatsApp groups, it does not message people who have not contacted the agency, and it does not run on a personal number — it runs on the agency's WhatsApp Business number, connected properly, which is also what keeps the number from being banned.

Questions

Does it use the official WhatsApp Business API?

Yes. It runs on the agency's own WhatsApp Business number through the official API, not a browser automation or a phone farm. That matters because unofficial methods get numbers banned, and a banned number takes the agency's entire enquiry history with it.

Can the AI and my agents both use the same number?

Yes. The assistant answers, and anything it escalates lands with a human who can take over the same conversation. The buyer sees one number and one thread.

What language does it reply in?

The language the buyer wrote in. The agency's own account language governs what the assistant says to the OWNER, which is a separate setting — an agency working in French can answer an English-speaking buyer in English.

Do leads know it is an AI?

The assistant does not claim to be a person. It answers as the agency and hands over to a human when the conversation needs one.
